TRE FACILITATION
TRE® (Tension/Trauma Releasing Exercises) is based on a concept that when our body is in a stressful or traumatic situation our first response is to contract and protect itself. Once the stressful situation is over, we are supposed to release the contractions and come back to our optimal state and balance. However the way that the body releases is through tremoring and shaking, similar to feelings of nervousness, scared or excited. In society we are conditioned to believe that shaking is a sign of weakness or dis-ease and we can tend to unconsciously inhibit this healing response. Doing TRE we can reactivate this natural releasing mechanism, which often brings us profound results, people report getting rid of aches and pains, a sense of calm, less anxiety, less reactive, a deep release of emotional and physical tension.
What is TRE?
As a practitioner I will guide you through a series of exercises that will help to prepare the body to switch on the tremor mechanism. I will demonstrate a “shake” for you, and guide you through a “shake” the whole process takes between 60-90 mins. It is recommended that you have 3 sessions with a certified practitioner to start your journey.

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Coaching
What is NLP Coaching?
NLP can be understood by reading into the words that make up the practice:
- Neuro, meaning having to do with the brain and nervous system
- Linguistic, meaning to do with language
- Programming, meaning using set instructions to create a desired result.
NLP is a tool to understand how the language of our minds creates and runs the patterns we have in our life.
It is a viable and effective option for addressing problems that rest in the subconscious – habits, unconscious desires and beliefs, and repressed traumas can all be identified and managed with NLP Coaching.
